Kasey Kahne is as passionate and competitive as ever at Knoxville Nationals

Kasey Kahne, the passionate and competitive driver, showed no signs of slowing down at the Knoxville Nationals. Eight years since his last NASCAR Cup Series race, Kahne remains 46 years old and as busy as ever. In a recent interview with Motorsport.com, Kahne shared that the past year has been filled with excitement both on and off the racetrack.

One notable achievement was earning his first victory on the World of Outlaws tour in May, driving the No. 39M for Anthony Macri after his own Kasey Kahne Racing No. 4 was not available.

Kahne is currently back behind the wheel with full-time driver Daison Pursley, who replaced the legendary Brad Sweet at the end of last season. Kahne expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to run 10 races for the strong team and Anthony Macri's support. He also mentioned that he has been pushing the No. 9 drivers to improve, which felt different this year but was an enjoyable season overall. Despite not having raced with the No. 9 drivers as much, Kahne remains passionate about competing in every aspect of the sport.

Kahne's competitive nature and drive to be hands-on are evident in his pursuit of excellence. He stated that he never lost his passion for driving and his competitive spirit as an owner. With the support of his wife Amy and daughters Ana and Tanner, Kahne is determined to continue being a force in the racing world.
