J-pop giants Yoasobi pick Singapore for only South-east Asian stop on massive stadium tour in February 2027

Japanese pop sensation Yoasobi is bringing their music to only one Southeast Asian country this year, Singapore. The duo, comprising Ayase and Ikura, will perform at the National Stadium on February 20, 2027, marking it as the sole stop in the region during their massive 10-City Dome & Stadium Tour 2026-2027 Super Planet.

Since their debut in 2019, Yoasobi has made a name for themselves by transforming stories and novels into songs, blending Ayase's electronic production with Ikura's unique vocals. Their breakthrough came with the global hit "Idol," a theme song for the anime Oshi no Ko, breaking records by becoming the first Japanese-language song to top Billboard's Global Excl. US chart and the most-streamed song in Japan that year.

Yoasobi's musical journey has taken them beyond Japan, with performances at major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza, as well as a headline slot at New York's Radio City Music Hall. Their latest breakthrough track, "Yoru ni Kakeru," further solidified their position as one of Japan's biggest contemporary music exports.

The Singapore concert will be a historic milestone for Yoasobi, as they become the first Japanese music act to headline the National Stadium. Fans from Malaysia will have to wait until March 2024 to catch the duo live, as it has been over three years since their last Singaporean performance at Zepp Kuala Lumpur. Ticket prices for the Singapore show range from S$108 (RM345) to S$498, with premium VIP options available. Only those with Trip.com memberships can access presale tickets from August 18 at 10am.
