A bomb explosion killed a Russian serviceman in occupied Sevastopol. The regional branch of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it had detained a Russian citizen born in 1994 on suspicion of carrying out the attack, allegedly acting on the orders of Ukrainian intelligence services. The FSB did not name either the serviceman killed or the person detained.
