Centricity Raises ₹280 Cr To Expand Wealthtech Platform, NRI Business

Wealthtech startup Centricity has secured ₹280 Cr ($29 Mn) in fresh funding to bolster its wealth distribution platform and bolster its presence in the NRI market. Led by SMBC Asia Rising Fund, the round included equity participation of ₹230 Cr and venture debt of ₹50 Cr, valuing the company at approximately ₹1,800 Cr ($190 Mn).

Existing investors, including Lightspeed India Partners, the Burman Family Office, RAAY Investments, the Kuldeep Rathi Family Office, Stride Ventures, and Innoven Capital, also participated in the round.

Centricity, founded in 2022, targets independent financial advisers, retail investors, HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices with wealth management and investment solutions. Its technology platform automates portfolio consolidation, reporting, risk analytics, and investment monitoring. Centricity offers multiple business verticals, including its B2B2C distribution platform, One Digital, Invictus Private Wealth, and Global Private Client, which caters to NRIs and global investors.

The company has managed assets worth over ₹15,000 Cr and serves more than 20,000 partners and 1 lakh investors. It aims to onboard 250 more family offices and target revenue of more than ₹150 Cr in FY27. Centricity is yet to disclose its financial results for FY26. The startup's recent funding comes amid growing investor interest in India's wealthtech sector, with other recent funding rounds for Veriqus Group and Neo Group further showcasing the industry's rapid growth potential.
