Breaking down the Warriors 2026-27 schedule

The Golden State Warriors have officially unveiled their 2026-27 schedule, kicking off their season against the Los Angeles Lakers on October 21 at Chase Center. Following their home opener, the Warriors will return to the Bay Area for their first road game, a clash with the Memphis Grizzlies on October 23.

In terms of television exposure, the Warriors will broadcast 28 games, ranking them sixth in the NBA for the 2026-27 season. The league-leading Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, and San Antonio Spurs all have 34 nationally televised games.

The Warriors will experience 15 back-to-back games, including four back-to-backs within their initial 16 games. Post the All-Star break, they will play 24 games, with half on the road and half at Chase Center. Their longest road trip spans from February 3 to February 13, featuring six consecutive games away from home.

The Warriors will host a seven-game homestand concluding the year, from December 30 to January 13, 2027. They welcome the defending NBA champions, the New York Knicks, to Chase Center on January 6, 2027. A matchup with LeBron James and the Philadelphia 76ers is set for March 24, while another game at Madison Square Garden follows on February 13.

The Warriors will face LeBron James and the Miami Heat on March 31. Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Miami Heat are slated to visit San Francisco early in the season on November 5. The Warriors will conclude their season with a back-to-back showdown against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder starting on April 8. The inaugural game of the season is scheduled for October 21 against the Lakers.
