Blanche seeks to rally a depleted Justice Department workforce in first speech as attorney general

He pledged to listen to staff ideas and make necessary adjustments, acknowledging that he would not always get it right. Blanche, previously Trump's criminal defense lawyer, took the helm after narrowly securing Senate confirmation, facing opposition from a couple of Republicans who criticized the politicization of the Justice Department.
