Song Young-gil supports scrapping the exception, while Chung Rae-kyeong maintains strict compliance, stating that "expanding the workforce is the key." Kim Min-seok leaves the matter open for public discussion.

On the topic of special prosecution immunity, Song Young-gil proposes eliminating the immunity clause, while Chung Rae-kyeong believes it is legally questionable and intends to gather opinions from fellow party members to make a decision. Kim Min-seok strongly opposes special prosecution immunity, arguing that it amounts to violence and barbarism.

The question of alliance and fusion with the "Chung Kyung-hoen" party also sparks disagreement. Kim Min-seok believes that the DP and the Chung Kyung-hoen party need each other's support to maintain their respective party names and policy stances. In contrast, Chung Rae-kyeong is open to cooperation, pledging to pursue unity with the DP after consulting with his fellow party members.
