Supra du Quebec beats Atletico on aggregate, advances to Canadian Championship semis

OTTAWA - FC Supra du Quebec, the reigning Canadian Premier League champions, fell short of advancing to the Canadian Championship semifinals after playing to a 3-3 draw against Atletico Ottawa. Loic Swemi and Ibrahim Conde put Supra ahead in the ninth and 16th minutes, while Sean Rea and Nicolas Fleuriau Chateau scored twice for the visitors in the 55th and 51st minutes, respectively.

Ballou Tabla sealed the draw in the 74th minute with a stoppage-time goal. Supra, currently fifth in the CPL standings, will face Hamilton's Forge FC in the next round. Vancouver Whitecaps and Montreal's CF Montreal, both MLS teams, will vie for the other semifinal spot. The Whitecaps aim for their fifth straight Voyageurs Cup title, while winning also secures a spot in the 2027 CONCACAF Champions Cup.
