MTN Engages Undergraduates on Career Pathways in Technology, Finance

MTN Nigeria recently organized a career engagement session for undergraduates from the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH). The session aimed to expose students to potential career opportunities in fields such as cybersecurity, finance, internal audit, and forensic investigations. Participants gained practical insights into the skills necessary to thrive in today's professional landscape.

During the event, Ibe Kalu Etea, the Chief Internal Audit and Forensic Services Officer, represented by General Manager Wasiu Ibrahim, addressed the students. He emphasized the importance of remaining open to various career options and developing transferable skills. Etea encouraged students to not limit their career paths based on their academic backgrounds. He stressed the value of upskilling, staying curious, and continuously learning, as opportunities exist across a wide range of industries.
