Lovable raise €343 million Series C to expand its platform, infrastructure and global team

Swedish AI platform Lovable has secured €343 million ($400 million) in Series C funding at a valuation of €11.4 billion ($13.3 billion). The round, led by Menlo Ventures and co-led by Scaleup Europe Fund, aims to bolster Lovable's platform, infrastructure, and global team. Additional investors include Balderton Capital, Carmignac, Kaszek Ventures, LTS Growth, Tencent, World Innovation Lab, and Regent.

Existing backers such as Accel, Antler, CapitalG, DST Global, Evantic Capital, HubSpot Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures also participated.

Lovable's CEO, Anton Osika, says the new funding will enable the company to accelerate product, infrastructure, and team development, helping users run and grow their built businesses. The investment validates Lovable's mission to make software creation accessible to people with creative and knowledge but lacking technical skills.

Menlo Ventures, a returning investor, co-led the Series B round in December 2025, while the Scaleup Europe Fund made its first investment, co-leading ICEYE’s Series F earlier this month. Menlo Ventures' Partner Matt Murphy believes Lovable is a generational company in the AI era.

Since launching in November 2024, Lovable has seen over 60 million projects created using its platform, with applications generating more than 900 million visits monthly. Within its first year, Lovable's product reached employees at half of the Fortune 500, now comprising nearly two-thirds. With the fresh capital, Lovable plans to expand its platform's day-to-day business operations capabilities, enhance its AI systems using successful product signals, and significantly expand its workforce.

The company aims to make its platform proactive, moving beyond responding to prompts to identifying tasks requiring attention and helping users execute them. Stockholm will remain Lovable's primary hub, with plans to expand its presence in London, Boston, San Francisco, and New York.
