Jantar Mantar Season 2 very soon, says CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke

Abhijeet Dipke, founder and national convener of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), announced on Wednesday that the party will soon commence the next phase of its Jantar Mantar protest, describing it as "Season 2." The announcement came after repeated inquiries on social media about the start date of the new phase. Dipke, addressing reporters outside a banquet hall in Delhi's Naraina, emphasized that Season 2 would commence soon, eliciting cheers from the crowd.

This announcement followed a canceled volunteers' meeting, which Dipke alleged was due to pressure from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) preventing the organization from securing a venue. The canceled meeting occurred days after the CJP concluded a 36-day protest over the NEET paper leak issue, which led to the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The protest, marked by participation from students and young volunteers across the nation, garnered support from opposition leaders. Notably, activist Sonam Wangchuk joined the agitation on June 28 and subsequently embarked on an indefinite hunger strike, which was later shifted to a hospital due to his deteriorating health.
