Hazlewood gets Australia nod ahead of Boland for Bangladesh Test

Darwin: Australia selected Josh Hazlewood over Scott Boland for the first Test against Bangladesh, with veteran spinner Nathan Lyon returning after an injury. Hazlewood missed the recent Ashes series against England due to injury, but his return was welcomed by the team. Nathan Lyon's return follows a hamstring injury that affected his Ashes performance. The Test match against Bangladesh, the first of two against the visiting side, begins on Thursday at Marrara Oval in Darwin. This will be only the third Test in tropical Darwin and the first since Sri Lanka's 2004 visit. The series continues at Harrup Park in Mackay, marking its first Test match in the city.
