Capricorn Mutual deploys Duck Creek platform to automate core insurance processes

Duck Creek Technologies has seen Capricorn Mutual go live on its core insurance platform, marking a significant advancement in the mutual insurer's technology modernization journey. Capricorn Mutual chose Duck Creek to replace its outdated insurance platform and to back its long-term aim of offering improved experiences and value to its 32,000 small automotive businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

The implementation, done in collaboration with Aggne, incorporated Duck Creek Policy, Rating, Billing, Claims and Clarity (for data and insights) on Duck Creek OnDemand, creating a connected, cloud-native foundation that enables automation, stronger governance, enhanced data quality, superior operational efficiency, and potential for future innovation.
