Rare Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt variant discovered, to auction this week

A rare collection of nearly 100 Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt Nintendo cartridges has emerged from obscurity, to be auctioned in the coming week. The individually packaged NES games were discovered by Kevin Braun, owner of the retrogames store OneStopWonders in Waukesha, Wisconsin. These cartridges were initially thought to be a previously unknown run, with collectors unaware of their existence until now.

The cartridges were found in pristine condition, with several scoring a perfect PSA 10 grade from authentication company PSA.
