Mallu Ravi urges early sanction of Dornakal-Gadwal rail line

Congress MP Mallu Ravi, representing Nagarkurnool, met with Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw at Parliament House on Tuesday. The purpose of the meeting was to request early approval for the Dornakal-Gadwal railway line, which would traverse through Nagarkurnool. During the discussion, Ravi presented a representation to the Ministry of Railways, urging them to accelerate the survey and preparation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the project, and to grant sanction as soon as possible.

Ravi emphasized the significance of the proposed railway link in enhancing connectivity and fostering socio-economic progress in Nagarkurnool parliamentary constituency and surrounding regions of Telangana.

Upon receiving Ravi's request, Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw assured the MP that the proposal would be given due consideration, according to a statement.
