‘I’m not afraid of death’ – Peter Okoye reveals his only fear [Video]

Peter Okoye, a member of the P-Square music duo, shared his biggest fear in an interview on the Nancy Isime show. Speaking candidly, he expressed that he had no fear of death. Instead, the sole thing he dreaded was poverty. Okoye recounted his family's struggles with poverty, stating, "I'm not afraid of death. The only thing I'm afraid of in this life is poverty. It is being broke."

He vividly remembered a time when their home was threatened by a bulldozer. Okoye explained, "I have tested it before. I have been in our house with our parents and a bulldozer came and demolished the house." At the time, the family of six boys and two girls lived in a one-bedroom apartment. They were forced to partition their space with a curtain as the landlord sold the compound.

Okoye recounted their desperate pleas for more time, only to face the reality of their home being demolished by a bulldozer. He expressed that he had "tasted poverty before."
