IIT Delhi Data Science, AI Certificate Programme 2026: Applications Open For Fourth Batch; Check Eligibility, Curriculum

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has announced the opening of applications for the fourth batch of its Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. This eight-month online course, offered through the institute's Continuing Education Programme and the Centre for Applied Research in Electronics, aims to provide practical experience in data science and AI to professionals and students.

The programme, which has over 300 hours of learning, covers topics ranging from data management to deploying models in real-world scenarios. Eligibility includes graduates and diploma holders with a 10+2+3 educational background, preferably from disciplines such as computer science, information technology, or engineering. The course includes nine modules on Python programming, data manipulation, exploratory data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, among others.

Participants will have opportunities to work on practical projects and complete a capstone project. The programme also includes live classes, tutorials, and collaborative sessions, with guidance provided by IIT Delhi professors and industry experts. A one-day campus immersion at IIT Delhi is also included, allowing participants to interact with faculty and peers.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive an e-Certificate from the Continuing Education Programme (CEP), IIT Delhi.
