‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ from August 13 to 15 in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore has called upon residents to display the national flag on their homes, businesses, and government buildings from August 13 to 15, as part of the nationwide 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign. Kishore announced a series of events between August 10 and 15, organized by Andhra Pradesh's 'Partners in Nation Building' and 'Ane Nenu' initiatives, to engage citizens in nation-building activities.

On August 14, a large-scale tree-planting drive will take place throughout the district, with the collaboration of Forest and Horticulture departments. Government structures, transportation hubs, and key junctions will be brightly lit on the evenings of August 14 and 15. Students are encouraged to take pledges, while the public is urged to share selfie videos on social media.
