A total of 21 personnel from Bandar Perda, Penanti, Bukit Mertajam, and Jalan Perak fire and rescue stations participated in the operation, along with four fire and rescue vehicles. After the operation concluded at 2:58pm, firefighters conducted overhaul procedures to eliminate any lingering hazards. The Fire Investigation Officer (FIO) team took over the site for a comprehensive investigation. The origin of the fire and the extent of total losses remain undetermined.
