Ex-Raiders QB Derek Carr joins UCLA’s coaching staff as special adviser to Bob Chesney

The 35-year-old Carr, who spent his entire NFL career with the Raiders, will assist the Bruins’ offensive staff with game planning and strategy, as well as working with the team’s quarterbacks.
