Zelenskyy approves personnel decisions at NSDC

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has approved organizational and personnel decisions at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC). The move comes as he underscores the importance of maintaining a realistic assessment of the country's state stability. Speaking to his chief of staff Ihor, Zelenskyy agreed to alter approaches to setting agendas and tracking the implementation of decisions made by the NSDC's staff.

Zelenskyy highlighted that the decisions aim to enhance Ukraine's cybersecurity, information stability, and countermeasures against Russian information operations. Moreover, he announced plans to bolster the NSDC's capacity, going beyond its regular role of coordination in Ukraine's security and defense sector. The President stressed the need for a more pragmatic evaluation of all parameters that contribute to the nation's resilience.

Zelenskyy emphasized that responding to man-made emergencies, addressing the aftermath of Russian strikes, and preparing regions and communities for the winter period must be executed more swiftly. He added that these challenges must be tackled with urgency.
