[UPDATED] Arul Kumar is new DAP Negri Sembilan chairman

Seremang: Nilai assemblyman J. Arul Kumar, who served as the National DAP vice-chairman for 22 years since 2004, has been appointed as the new DAP Negri Sembilan chairman, effective today. Anthony Loke, DAP secretary-general, announced the state committee's unanimous decision. Loke emphasized that the party is multiracial and values individuals for their qualifications and leadership capabilities.

Loke also expressed confidence in the new state committee, describing them as experienced, united, and accustomed to working together. He assured that the DAP will continue serving each constituency with dedication during a press conference after chairing the Negeri Sembilan DAP state committee meeting. Arul Kumar, previously the Negeri Sembilan DAP vice-chairman, was appointed in line with the party constitution.
