Summer tour explores Qatar’s history, heritage, cultural legacy

The Youth Committee of Al Arabi Sports Club has organized a summer program that takes participants on a journey through Qatar’s rich history and cultural heritage. As part of their commitment to enriching youth programs, the club arranged a field visit to the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ), aiming to deepen participants' cultural awareness and reinforce their connection to the nation's identity.

This visit is part of the club’s broader initiative to educate younger generations about Qatar’s past, its evolution, and its cultural identity.

Upon arrival, participants explored the museum’s extensive galleries, embarking on a journey that spans Qatar’s geological history, prehistoric times, and its progression into a modern state. The museum’s exhibits, featuring internationally significant artifacts, historical manuscripts, and detailed displays of traditional life both on land and at sea, provided an immersive experience.
