SP fears BSP the most, says Akash Anand, asks voters to be wary

BSP national coordinator Akash Anand stated that the Samajwadi Party (SP) has the most reason to fear his party. He made this claim during a party workers' conference in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Anand pointed out that it was Mayawati, the former chief of BSP, who worked extensively for the betterment of Dalits. This is the reason why SP members frequently shout slogans like 'PDA, PDA', which stands for Pichchda, Dalit, Alpsankhyank or Backwards, Dalits and minorities.

Anand cautioned voters to be wary of the deceptive tactics of the SP and its casteist politics. He accused the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Uttar Pradesh government of failing in key areas such as employment, education, and law and order. According to Anand, over ₹7,000 crore had been spent on advertisements in the past decade, supposedly to mask the government's shortcomings.

He also revealed that more than four lakh government posts remained vacant in the state and that several competitive examinations had been marred by paper leaks.
