‘I asked Rocky to marry someone else’: Hina Khan recalls rough patch during cancer battle

Actress Hina Khan recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary in June alongside her husband, Rocky Jaiswal. Their union occurred during a period when Hina was undergoing treatment for stage 3 breast cancer. Following their marriage, the couple appeared on the reality show Pati, Patni, Aur Panga. While some perceived their marriage as a publicity stunt for the show, Hina dismissed the notion, stating that they were aware of the true reason behind their union.

She explained that their 13-14 year relationship made the decision to marry an easy one, as they had planned it well in advance under the Special Marriages Act. Hina also admitted that there were challenging times in their relationship, particularly during her cancer battle when she wondered if he would consider marrying someone else.

Despite her doubts, Hina's love for Rocky remained unwavering, and he chose to remain by her side through their tough decisions and health crises.
