Atharvaveda House Wins Inter-House Quiz Competition 2026 In MP's Jaora

Jaora, Madhya Pradesh - Atharvaveda House emerged victorious in the Inter-House Quiz Competition 2026 held at Jaora Public School, organized under the theme India Quest – Bharat Gaurav. The event, which saw participation from four houses - Atharvaveda, Rigveda, Samaveda, and Yajurveda, tested the knowledge, confidence, and teamwork of students across various subjects including current affairs, freedom struggle, Indian geography, mythology, and culture.

The quiz comprised 10 rounds, ranging from answering questions in the Indian Passport round, a rapid-fire session, a QR code scanning challenge, abbreviations, time-bound questions, and the final round. Principal Tosif Iftekhar Ahmed Khan of Samta International School, along with guest Director Kamal Munt, graced the occasion as chief guest, while Principal Dr Piyush Munt welcomed the attendees. The program commenced with a lamp lighting ceremony and Saraswati Vandana, setting the tone for intellectual engagement.

Addressing the students, the chief guest, director, and principal emphasized that knowledge, confidence, discipline, decision-making, and teamwork are pivotal for student growth. Additionally, the foundation stone for a grand Lord Mahadev idol at Anandi Hanuman Mukti Dham in Jaora was laid, marking a Rs 10 lakh donation by MLA Dr Rajendra Pandey.

The project, undertaken by the Agrawal family in memory of late Kalyanmal Agrawal, also received a Rs 1.11 lakh contribution from the family for the construction of an Anandi Hanuman temple and a women's facility at the cremation ground.
