67 people arrested for illegally distributing marine oil, including fraudulent acquisition of tax-free fuel for fishing 부산지방해양수산청과 부산해양경찰서는 5월 16일부터 7월 31일까지, 해양경찰청과 합동으로 해상에서의 석유유통 불법행위에 대한 특별단속을 실시하여, 어업용 면세유를 부정 수급하거나 해상에서 불법으로 석유를 유통한 67명을 검거하였다고 밝혔다. The special crackdown uncovered various types of illegal activities, including a ship fuel supplier falsifying the actual supply of tax-free fuel for fishing, a fishing boat owner selling the tax-free fuel to another ship, and illegally distributing oil by leasing a ship at sea. 주요 적발 사례로는, 선박연료유 공급업체 대표 A씨(구속)는 면세유 3,700여 톤을 공급한 것처럼 허위 서류를 작성하여 5억 6천만 원 상당의 부당이득을 취득하고, B씨 등 5명은 해상에서 선박을 임대하여 불법으로 중질유 3,200톤을 유통하여 7억 2천만 원 상당의 부당이득을 취득하였다. In a major case, A, the representative of a ship fuel supplier (detained), created false documents to show 3,700 tons of tax-free fuel were supplied, earning 560 million won in unjust profits. B and five others illegally distributed 3,200 tons of heavy oil by leasing ships at sea, earning 720 million won in unjust profits. 부산지방해양수산청과 부산해양경찰서는 앞으로도 해양경찰청과 합동으로 해상에서의 석유유통 질서유지를 위해 지속적으로 단속을 강화해 나갈 계획이며, 적발된 불법행위에 대해서는 관련법에 따라 엄중 처벌할 방침이다.
