Malaysia's government is committed to strengthening Tamil National Schools (SJKTs) to ensure every child has access to the best educational opportunities, according to Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo. SJKTs are not just educational institutions but play a vital role in nurturing learning, culture, and identity among students. The minister highlighted the significance of seeing young athletes participate in the Tamil National Schools National Sports Day at Effingham Sports Ground, signifying the need to continue efforts in school empowerment and guiding the future generation.

From 2023 to the present, RM237.48 million has been allocated for the organization, upgrading, and construction of new facilities for Tamil schools. This clearly reflects the government's commitment to the overall welfare of the Indian community in the country and ensuring our children receive the best during their school years.

With the allocated funds, the government is proving its dedication to continuously support Tamil school development despite the nation's economic challenges. The minister further emphasized the need to continue strengthening educational facilities to create a conducive learning environment for the younger generation. Gobind Singh Deo remains dedicated to serving the people to the best of his ability and doing whatever possible to support the community.
