Emirates flights to Bahrain and Kuwait remain suspended as Etihad and Qatar Airways resume operations

Emirates flights to Bahrain and Kuwait remain suspended as Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways resume operations following weeks of disruption caused by the regional conflict. Emirates had announced that services would be suspended until at least August 6, but as of August 9 and 10, there were no Emirates flights listed to these destinations.

Previously, Emirates operated three daily flights to Bahrain and four to Kuwait from Dubai. Etihad Airways has resumed one daily service to Kuwait and four weekly flights to Bahrain, while Qatar Airways has also resumed daily services to these destinations from August 8. Other airlines such as flydubai, Air Arabia, Kuwait Airways, Jazeera Airways, and Gulf Air also continue to operate services to Bahrain and Kuwait, though some flights may be subject to cancellation.

The disruption extends beyond UAE airlines, with international carriers adjusting schedules due to airspace restrictions and operational uncertainty. British Airways has postponed the resumption of flights to Dubai, Bahrain, and Amman until October 25, while KLM has suspended services to several Middle Eastern destinations until August 23.

Lufthansa Group airlines and Air France have also made adjustments to their schedules to and from Middle East destinations.
