Blizzard Entertainment, the creative force behind classic franchises such as Warcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch, has reportedly emerged as Microsoft's leading studio, according to a leaked internal email. The email, obtained by Windows Central, highlights Blizzard president Johanna Faries' remarks praising the studio's performance in the fiscal year 2026, positioning it as the peak producer within Xbox's broader studio network.

Faries specifically commends the success of Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred and Overwatch, with Overwatch achieving its strongest quarterly performance since 2022 and demonstrating consistent growth for successive years since its launch.
