Down in Kota Tinggi, Sungai Sedili Besar has become a hotspot for anglers and seafood connoisseurs, particularly for its prized udang galah, or blue claw prawns, which are celebrated for their firm texture and sweet taste. The river's unique brackish water environment, enriched by a conservation effort releasing 200,000 prawn fry, ensures the prawns remain a sought-after delicacy.
