Why Peter, Paul may never reconcile — Henry, P-Square’s eldest brother

In an interview at their father's residence in Plateau State, Henry Okoye, the eldest brother of the defunct music duo P-Square, expressed skepticism about his younger brothers Peter and Paul Okoye reconciling. Henry, who spoke to social commentator Jos Connection, acknowledged Peter's efforts to resolve the disagreement but doubted the twins' ability to return to their former relationship.

He appealed to Paul to mend the rift, recalling the support his brother provided when he was hospitalized. Henry also shared an incident involving finances, stating that Peter had directed him to Jude, alleging that Jude held his money. Despite his desire for the family's reconciliation, Henry expressed doubts that such a reunion would occur, emphasizing that Paul had once been a kind person.

The brothers' long-standing dispute, which contributed to P-Square's 2017 split, resurfaced in 2024, with Peter accusing Paul of colluding with Jude to undermine him and taking legal action against Jude over financial matters. Henry's latest intervention aims to persuade the brothers to resolve their differences, but their history suggests that a reconciliation may be unlikely.
