All Blacks to ring the changes as they prepare to face legend Ma’a Nonu

The All Blacks are making significant changes to their lineup for their upcoming Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry (RGR) tour match against the Sharks at Kings Park in Durban. The team is eagerly anticipating a face-off with former legend Ma’a Nonu, who was a surprise selection when the Sharks announced their team on Friday. Nonu, who played over a hundred games for the All Blacks and won back-to-back World Cups in 2011 and 2015, will now line up against the team he once played for, after his stint as a short-term coaching and mentorship role.

Patrick Tuipolotu, who captained the All Blacks in their win over the Stormers, expressed his anticipation for the match, noting that many of the boys are close to Nonu. The All Blacks coach, Dave Rennie, confirmed that there will be significant changes in the lineup over the next two games, including the match against the Bulls in Pretoria on Saturday.

Rennie also expressed his excitement for the upcoming games and their potential to provide a good indication of the lineup for the first Test against the Springboks.
