Ukraine war: Kyiv continues attacks against Russian online retailer Wildberries

Russian forces once again launched ballistic missiles at Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, in the dead of night, resulting in the death of a woman and at least 22 people injured according to military officials. Initial reports also suggested damage in a minimum of seven districts. Air defenses were mobilized throughout the attack. In Holossiya district, two individuals were rescued from the rubble of a warehouse, reported Mayor Vitali Klitschko on Telegram.

Search and rescue efforts were ongoing, with fears that additional casualties may be buried under the debris. In Obolon district, multiple fires broke out. Another warehouse caught fire in Desna district, as Klitschko further reported, with missile fragments reportedly falling near a residential area. The war against Russian aggression has been ongoing for four and a half years, with Kyiv being repeatedly targeted.

On Saturday night, Russia had launched heavy ballistic missile assaults on Kyiv, killing at least nine people and wounding more than 30 others. Ukraine stated it no longer has enough interceptors to defend against Russia's ballistic missile attacks.
