PFIPC scandal: Name villa collaborators, Atiku tells Tinubu

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to reveal the names of government officials involved in the alleged fraudulent activities within the Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council. Atiku's statement highlighted that the ICPC interim report, which identified negligence and "connivance" within government processes, has raised further questions about how an impostor was able to operate within official circles.

He challenged Tinubu to name those who connived, granted access to government offices, and recognized the fraudulent Director-General Adeniyi Adeyemi. Atiku argued that such activities could not have been accomplished without assistance from individuals within the government system. He called for an independent panel of inquiry and a public hearing to bring transparency to the investigation.
