'Like a bus seat back in the day' - new Wales kit leaves fans divided

The shirt costs £90 for adults, including shorts and socks, with a replica version priced at £70. Children's kits, including shorts and socks, cost £89. While England's most expensive adult home shirt is £134.99, Scotland's costs £75.

However, the kit has received mixed reviews online, with one fan describing it as the "worst Welsh shirt in history". A BBC Wales reporter at the Eisteddfod on Thursday overheard a fan say the new kit reminded her of "a bus seat back in the day". Despite the criticism, the FAW maintains pride in the kit's design, which draws on traditional Welsh tapestry elements, and the "bespoke pattern draws on elements of traditional Welsh tapestry".
