‘Let’s Build A/R For Bawumia’s Victory’

John Kwame Duodu, the NPP Constituency Secretary for Atwima Nwabiagya South in the Ashanti region, lauds the National Steering Committee for retaining the current constituency executives in the region's 10 outstanding constituencies. He asserts that this decision will facilitate the smooth progression of Ashanti regional elections scheduled for August 15.

Duodu expresses gratitude to NPP members, stakeholders and sympathizers for accepting the outcome, commending their maturity and respect for party structures. He emphasizes that the Steering Committee's decisions aim to promote harmony, mend divisions, and bolster the party's mission to secure votes for presidential candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in Ashanti, the party's strongest electoral base.

Duodu draws historical parallels, stating that unity in the Ashanti region has consistently led to electoral triumphs, while internal discord weakens the party. He stresses the need to capitalize on the region's 78.72% success rate in completing 37 out of 47 constituencies, rather than allowing internal strife to impede progress.

Duodu warns of the opposition party's intent to capitalize on divisions, stating that they aim to exploit missteps and divisions to weaken the party's position ahead of the 2028 general elections. He urges supporters to remain calm, law-abiding, and respectful of party structures and the Steering Committee's directives. Duodu urges party supporters to work together as a unified force, protect Ashanti's political stronghold, and secure Dr. Bawumia's resounding victory in the 2028 elections.
