The Turtle Beach Pacific Skyline Wireless Controller is the most visually appealing Xbox controller tested by the author. Its faceplate showcases an illustration of a San Diego skyline, adorned with tropical vibes, paired with contrasting baby blue buttons and bright pink thumbstick caps. The controller features hidden RGB lighting that illuminates major buildings when turned on, and offers customizable colors and presets without needing companion software.

The author believes the look of the Pacific Skyline controller was closely inspired by the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6 game, owing to its bright promotional art. The controller's design certainly sets it apart from other options on the market, making it the author's go-to gamepad for Vice City in GTA 6 on Xbox Series X.

While the aesthetics and features are impressive, the controller does not offer many advanced functionalities. The TMR thumbsticks are responsive and smooth, rear buttons are easily remappable, and built-in audio controls are useful and effective. Although there are controllers with more features available at a comparable price, such as the GameSir G7 Pro, the Pacific Skyline stands out visually in a way that no other controller can.

Available in the US and UK for $89.99 / £79.99 (approximately AU$150), the Turtle Beach Pacific Skyline Wireless Controller carries a premium price tag primarily for its design. It is currently unavailable in Australia. Despite the higher cost, the controller is considered worth the investment for those who prefer a nicer and unique design over the standard Xbox Wireless Controller.
