'We are with students': Kharge's 1st reaction on Jharkhand student protests

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge voiced his support for students protesting alleged irregularities in Jharkhand's recruitment examinations on Thursday. Kharge emphasized his party's solidarity with students across the nation, regardless of the location, be it Jharkhand, Punjab, Delhi, or elsewhere. He demanded that the Union Home Minister appear before Parliament to explain the lathi-charge and use of pellet guns against protesting students at Delhi's Jantar Mantar.

Kharge addressed a press conference in Delhi, stating that the Congress would seek answers about the events during the protests and reach out to those involved. He also announced that the party would continue to raise students' concerns and engage with alliance partners and the Opposition to resolve their issues.
