Morris noted Purdy's intense focus and competitive nature, expressing his enthusiasm for witnessing such qualities from the quarterback.

Purdy, drafted as the last pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, has consistently proven himself as one of the league's finest quarterbacks. In his four seasons with the 49ers, he has amassed an impressive 11,685 passing yards and 84 passing touchdowns, boasting a 67.9% completion rate, alongside contributing 627 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns.
