Leipzig airport drone incident carries tell-tale signs of Russian hybrid warfare

An explosives-laden drone was discovered at Leipzig Airport, raising concerns about the nature of the incident and potential involvement from foreign powers. Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt stated that the drone, found near a Ukrainian Antonov cargo plane, did not seem like the work of amateurs, suggesting a professional hybrid threat scenario.

The German government, while not explicitly naming Russia, hinted at the possibility of foreign involvement, indicating the incident could significantly impact Germany's stability.
