Kudos Games Services expands leadership team with Testronic and Team17 execs

Kudos Games Services has bolstered its leadership roster by adding Michael Hanna as chief operating officer and Ann Hurley as a board advisor. Hanna, who once sat on Testronic's management board, has honed his expertise in global quality assurance operations. His role will involve driving Kudos' ongoing growth, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and international expansion.

Hanna highlighted Kudos' already robust delivery framework and emphasized the necessity to expand this capability in a structured and sustainable manner. Ann Hurley, on the other hand, has had a series of senior leadership positions, notably as the general manager at Team17. As a non-executive director, she will steer Kudos' commercial strategy and aid in expanding its client base.

Hurley noted that the market is evolving, with studios increasingly seeking partners capable of delivering quality, flexibility, and commercial value. Kudos, she asserted, is perfectly positioned in this regard. Kudos offers scalable quality assurance services and support to studios and publishers, a roster that includes Bandai Namco, Warner Bros, Silver Lining Interactive, PQube, Curve Games, and Antstream.

Established in 2020 alongside digital agency Dunetech, Kudos currently employs more than 100 staff across its UK and Tunisia operations. The company is co-led by CEOs Daniel Atherton and Thouraya Walker.
