Fisdom Cofounders Set To Exit Groww A Year After $150 Mn Acquisition

Fisdom's co-founders Subramanya SV and Anand Dalmia are set to exit Groww a year after the fintech giant acquired the wealth management startup for $150 million. Groww aims to integrate the Fisdom wealth business more closely with its core platform and finalize its growth trajectory. The wealth management team will operate independently, while senior executives from Fisdom will assume expanded roles.

The acquisition of Fisdom in May 2025 granted Groww access to 150 wealth advisers, over ₹10,000 crore in assets under management (AUM), bank partnerships, and specialized licenses. Groww's financials have also seen a significant boost, with consolidated net profit increasing by 94.3% YoY and operating revenue rising by 66% YoY.
