This lack of updates comes despite previous quick editing times on the site. Lawfare found that not a single entry on Grokipedia has seen an update in over three months, and user-submitted edit requests have been stuck in a queue since earlier this year.

The investigation suggests this may not be due to intentional blocking of edits, but rather a broader problem affecting all pages. This is unusual because, previously, edits on Grokipedia used to occur within minutes. Compared to Wikipedia, which is constantly updated, this presents a significant disadvantage for Grokipedia. The site's history of copying directly from Wikipedia or sourcing from white supremacist websites might explain this behavior.
