This property, acquired in an opaque manner by the public company Planifica Madrid, cannot be assigned to this purpose, and the regional government has announced its intention to put it up for sale once this newspaper exposed this rather unusual operation.

Last week, Ayuso offered some explanations that seem insufficient unless the report of this acquisition is presented, where it should indicate who gave the order to buy it, what other options were considered, and whether the primary reason for the acquisition was as the government has declared.
