Wispr Flow takes on AI meeting assistants with Notetaker, its first product beyond dictation

Wispr Flow, a leading AI-powered voice-to-text tool, has launched its first product beyond dictation, called Notetaker. This AI meeting assistant, transcriber, and summarizer is now available on Mac and will soon be accessible on Windows. Notetaker enhances meeting transcripts by extracting key details, decisions, and action items, providing users with more useful information.

Before meetings, it gathers relevant information from notes, calendars, and connected apps like Slack. During meetings, it delivers a live transcript, and after the call, it processes the full recording, improving the final transcript and summaries. Users can ask questions about their full meeting history, with answers linking back to the specific discussion moments.

Notetaker works across multiple platforms, including Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Slack huddles, and supports MCP, enabling users to share transcripts, summaries, and notes with various AI tools.
