The once highly regarded quarterback saw his "Madden" rating decline from 99 in the previous season to 94, reflecting a negative perception of his performance.

Additionally, the league's annual NFL 100 ranking, voted on by active players, saw Jackson's status plummet from No. 2 overall to No. 69. Despite the setback, Jackson remains unfazed, stating, "It is what it is. I play football. I don't care about rankings." However, Jackson's treatment was not limited to these instances. In the recent Bleacher Report NFL 1000 list, the second-ranked quarterback was placed at No. 7 overall in the "Pro Bowl Caliber" tier.

With the highest win percentage (.690) among active quarterbacks, Jackson's ranking alongside peers like Bo Nix, Brock Purdy, Jordan Love, Dak Prescott, and Drake Maye begs the question of his worthiness. Notably, none of these quarterbacks have won an MVP, a testament to Jackson's potential.
