Masondo: Board resignations left PIC unable to defend Dlamini suspension
Former Public Investment Corporation (PIC) chairperson David Masondo reveals that the board's mass resignations prevented it from defending its decision to suspend chief executive Patrick Dlamini in the Gauteng High Court. The court subsequently declared Dlamini's suspension unlawful and invalid, paving the way for his return.
