Rubin, 24, hail from Ferozepur Jhirka in Haryana.
They were part of a six-member gang involved in the heist. Special teams have been deployed to apprehend the remaining gang members, with all stolen cash expected to be recovered soon, according to Deputy Superintendent S. Kannagaraj of Ranipet. Initially, on July 15, bank officials noticed a lack of ATM withdrawals, leading them to the scene, where they discovered the ATM had been forcibly damaged and cash stolen.
