T-Mobile outage could see you snag $10 to $80 in compensation

A recent T-Mobile outage disrupted service for many iPhone users across the United States, leaving them without access to calls, texts, and data for several hours. The widespread disruption affected nearly half a million people, causing numerous complaints on social media platforms like Reddit. While T-Mobile acknowledged the issue and restored service after seven hours, the company did not automatically offer compensation to affected customers.

Instead, individuals had to reach out to the carrier's Customer Care teams, typically through the T-Life app, to request a credit on their bill. The amount of this credit varies, with some customers receiving as little as $10 and others up to $80, which is valid for the next six months. While this approach may seem unsatisfactory, customers who successfully secure a credit are encouraged to share their experience in the comments to help others navigate the process.
